State Champion!
Congratulations Rocky's Aoci Bernard on winning the title of Class 2A Illinois State Wrestling Champion!
This year four Rocks qualified for the State Tournament! Aoci Bernard, Steven Marquez, Truth Vesey, and Sammy Niyonkuru all competed in the state wrestling tournament. Two Lady Rocks have qualified for the first-ever IHSA Girls State Wrestling tournament! Rebecca Ferguson and Sanaa Hampton both placed 2nd at Sectionals. They'll compete at State On Friday, February 25-26.
Congratulations to Rebecca Ferguson for placing 5th at the IHSA State Girls' Wrestling Tournament! Rebecca has made history as the school's first girl medalist at the first-ever IHSA State Girls tournament.
