The Rock Island High School Athletic Department is offering free sports physicals for the 2020-2021 school year to High School students on Thursday, August 6.

High School student sports physicals will be held from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Please see attached document for the schedule.

You can get the necessary physical form and participation forms online at  https://il.8to18.com/RockIsland. Physical forms must have parent signatures in order for a Doctor to complete. 

In order to offer the free physicals we must keep our numbers to a minimum. Parents will not be allowed to walk through the physical process with the athletes. We understand if you do not approve with this request. You will need to make other arrangements to complete the physical if this process is not acceptable to you. These physicals are not for the junior high athletes. We will work to make accommodations for them at another date.
