Dear Parents, Athletes, Cheerleaders, Band Members, Students, and Fans,
The IHSA recently changed its guidelines to allow us to admit more than 50 fans to our outdoor events. The upcoming Volleyball season remains at 50 per event. I am writing to explain to you our procedures and guidelines for the boys’ soccer and football seasons.
- No opposing fans are allowed at any WB6 contest.
- Passes
A) Each Rocky participant (cheer, football, soccer, band) will be given two passes that admit two people each for a total of four. Those entering on a single pass must enter together.
B) Rocky High School students can enter with a current 2020-21 ID
C) Campaign for Excellence members who donated their membership this year will each get a pass according to their membership (ranging from 1 to 4 entrants)
D) Business partners that contributed this school year will get two passes for two entrants each - All fans must sit 6 feet apart. The stadium bleachers are marked with tape. We ask that you sit in spaces marked with tape. The tape is marked in pairs. If you enter together you can sit two together. There are seats marked on both the east and west sides of the stadium. Soccer fans must sit on the west side, football fans may sit on either side.
- Masks must be worn at all times.
- All fans must enter at the North Gate on 23rd Tickets must be presented at the gate and fans checked in. NO ENTRY ALLOWED WITHOUT THE TICKET ISSUED BY THE ATHLETIC OFFICE.
- No parking passes will be honored. No fans are allowed to enter the stadium through the stadium parking lot. The lot is reserved for coaches and athletes. The gate will be locked 30 minutes prior to game time and not unlocked until the game is over. Fans may park in the teacher lot on the north side of the building, along 23rd Avenue, and on the side streets.
- Restrooms are currently not available on the west side. When maintenance feels we are past the possibilities of freezes, they will open up the west restrooms.
If you have any questions please send those to me via email or call my office 309-793-5950 ext 52051. Looking forward to moving more closely to normal athletic competition fun.
Thank You
Michelle Lillis, Athletic Director
