There will be $5 Sports Physicals offered on Thursday August 2nd, 5 – 7 pm, High School Gymnasium (Small Gym). Must enter from outside entrance of the Gymnasium. Must have physical form with parent signature in hand at the door to get physical.

 

For students who intend to participate on a sports team -  all contracts, past due fees/conditions, and physicals must be turned in before students may practice. The $20(Jr High), $30(HS) participation fee must be paid before any uniforms may be issued.
